Installation
The ZP-1 monopod is designed to be fitted to the rear of the rifle stock by simply removing the existing recoil pad and replacing it with the ZP-1. The ZP-1 monopod incorporates a custom designed recoil pad made from a rubber compound specifically designed to reduce felt recoil.

The ZP-1 monopod has been designed to fit the manufacturers/models above, either directly or with the supplied adapter plate.
The ZP-1 monopod isn't limited to the above manufacturers/models. To determine if the ZP-1 adapter plate will fit a rifle that isn't listed above, a PDF file for printing is supplied here.

Installing your Adapter Plate
Fitting Instructions:
Important: Ensure rifle is unloaded during installation.
Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle.
- Unscrew ZP-1 cap.
- Remove insert.
- Lubricate screwdriver with gun oil, using factory screws mount directly to rifle stock incorporating adapter plate (if needed).
Reinstall insert and fasten cap fingertight.
Adapter plate shaping:
Lubricate screw driver with gun oil. Unscrew existing screws and remove existing recoil pad from rifle.
- Attach adapter plate to rifle stock.
- Scribe/trace around your stock profile.
Remove adapter plate from rifle stock, file and sand to shape. Test and check fit during this process until desired profile is achieved.
