This ZP-1 monopod comes with a five-year warranty from date of purchase.

What does this warranty cover?

The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period

During the warranty period we will repair or replace, at no charge, the ZP-1 monopod or parts that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use.

What will we do to correct the problem(s)?

We will repair the product or faulty part at no charge, using new replacement parts.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period is five-years from date of purchase.

A replacement of the ZP-1 monopod or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original purchase or two years from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this warranty not cover?

Any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of nature is not covered (e.g. fire). Discoloration, deterioration or damage from normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

Whilst the ZP-1 monopod has been built on durability and strength and is reliable and robust, but it is not indestructible.

What do you have to do to claim on warranty?

To obtain warranty service, please email us on: contact@zp-1.com.au with:

  • Proof of purchase documentation
  • Details of the problem (including pictures, if achievable)
  • We may need the product returned for assessment/repair

If the item proves to be defective in workmanship or experiences a faulty part, we will repair or replace accordingly and work with you to resolve as quickly as possible.
